Zoning Board of Appeals

The Zoning Board of Appeals is appointed by the Board of Selectmen to hear, deliberate, and decide upon petitions for Zoning Variances and Administrative Appeals of decisions by the Building Inspector and the Planning Board in accordance with the Town Zoning Bylaws and the Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A.
