The Planning Board is responsible for preparing long-range plans to guide the future growth and development of the Town. The Board is the Special Permit Granting Authority for land uses that require a special permit as designated by the Zoning Bylaw. The Board is also responsible for reviewing Approval Not Required Plans and for approving definitive subdivision plans.
