Complaints can be sent in via mail, or email, or received by telephone.  A complaint will only be acted upon when filed formally.  To file a formal complaint, the name, and contact number, of the complainant must be disclosed.   Contact information is required for investigation purposes for the Health Inspector, and Board of Health.  If the complainant wishes to remain anonymous beyond the Board of Health office and Health Inspector, anonymity will be honored and any information can be redacted for public purposes.  Again, only formal complaints providing necessary contact information will be acted upon.
