Opening a New Food Establishment is exciting, here are the steps to the process:

1. Visit the Building Department for a zoning review of your business

2. Visit the Fire Department for a safety inspection (if it is not part of your zoning review)

3. Visit the Town Clerk to obtain a business Certificate

4. Visit the Board of Health and present proof of documentation from the (3) previous departments, completed permit application, permit fee and then schedule an inspection of your business.

5. Lastly, visit the Board of Selectmen to obtain a Common Victualler's License
