  4. Public Hearing on proposed Zoning Bylaw Amendments.
  5. The Board is proposing to: See if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning Bylaws by amending Sections 12.3.2.9 General Requirements of Solar Energy and 12.3.5.5 Insurance of Solar EnergyThe proposed Zoning Bylaw Amendments are available for review at the office of the Town Clerk or by contacting the Planning office at 413-436-5701 ext. 260. The Planning Board invites all interested parties to attend via zoom and offer comments on the proposed zoning amendments.
