Welcome
On October 19, 2023, the Department of Revenue (DOR) informed the Warren Board of Assessors
they have granted preliminary certification of our proposed fiscal year 2024 assessments.
The Board of Assessors contracted with Bishop & Associates, in developing new assessments which are based on the calendar year 2021 and 2022 sales analysis and field reviews.
There is a printed copy of the Old to New valuation report in our office.
