Welcome to the Town of Warren!
Town Administrator James J. Ferrera has served the Villages of Warren and West Warren as its Town Administrator since March of 2022.
Appointed by and is responsible to the Board of Selectmen. The role of the Town Administrator for Warren serves three essential functions, Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Personnel Officer, and Chief Financial Officer for the Town. The Town Administrator performs complex professional, administrative, and management work in providing daily oversight into ongoing Town operations, as well as assisting and advising the Board of Selectmen to discharge the duties of their office. The Administrator carries out the policy directives for the Board of Selectmen.
Prior to working for the Town, Jim worked for the Massachusetts Trial Court for seventeen years, served as an at-large member and President of the Springfield City Council.
