The Veteran's Agent is accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs and is tasked with ensuring Veterans and their Families receive the support they are entitled to.

This Veterans Office serves as an advocate for Veterans and their Families, providing free assistance in navigating, applying for, and appealing federal VA benefits, as well as accessing state and local resources like housing and healthcare.

This Veterans Office acts as an authorized representative, offering expert knowledge on claims for compensation, pension, education, and burial.

Key roles of a VSO include:

• Claims Assistance: Reviewing and submitting claims for disability, pension, education, vocational rehabilitation, and burial benefits.
• Outreach & Education: Connecting with Veterans through community events, senior centers, and nursing homes to inform them of available benefits.
• State-Specific Services: In Massachusetts, VSOs assist with special state-funded benefits, like Chapter 115 Benefits.
